Renovation FAQs
We are renovating to serve you better! By the end of May 2023, we will have renovated our current space. Below are answers to questions you may have related to our renovation.
1. Why are you renovating?
We wanted to improve our current space for a more custom designed for our use and offer to our dedicated clients a Cat Friendly area.
2. When are you renovating?
We are currently ongoing renovation. The renovations will be completed by the end of May 2023. As construction nears completion, we will update our clients if the date changes.
3. Will there be any changes to the clinic?
Apart from improving our current space making it a more modern and efficient practice, we will now have a Cat Friendly area in the basement, a new dental suite and 2 new exam rooms.
4. Will your services change?
We will now offer a Cat Friendly area for our feline pets. We will continue to offer all the other services as we currently do, at the same high standard that you have come to expect.
5. Will your hours change?
Our current operating hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1 pm. After the construction is completed, we will inform you if anything changes.
6. Will you shut down for any number of days while you relocate?
We are not closing due to our renovations. We will update this page and our Facebook page with more details if needed. We will also communicate these details via email to our clients and referring hospitals.
